Tracking Instructions

  1. Navigate to the "Order Tracking" Section: Find the section titled "Order Tracking" on the top menu or homepage. Usually, you can locate this in the website header or user menu. Or you can go to the link https://fluffychums.com/apps/parcelpanel.
  2. Provide Tracking Information:
    • Tracking Number: If you have a tracking number, enter it into the designated field. This number is usually provided to you after placing an order and when the item is dispatched.
    • Order Number and Email/Phone: If you don't have a tracking number, input your order number received via email and provide the email address or phone number associated with your order.
  3. Click "Track" Button: After entering the relevant details, click on the "Track" button. The system will begin searching for your order in the database.
  4. Retrieve Order Status Information: Once the request is processed, you'll see information about the current status of your order. This might include parcel location, dispatch date, estimated delivery date, and other essential details.
  5. Monitor Updates: Regularly check the status of your order to stay informed about its movements and expected delivery date.
